I shudder when I think about how old I am always, as I remember it very well. "I Remember Mama" was a TV show every week in a Swedish family that came to America to start a new life away from the old country. Each episode is a perfect picture of what life was like aImmigrant family in the new land of opportunity.
It was a typical family of four with her mother, father and brother and sister. One memorable episode was when the young family decided in the army because the war had broken out and wanted to serve his new country.
