It 's that time of year. Thanksgiving is over, Turkey is gone and we now begin our sprint to Christmas. We have to dig on our shoes on our list to do and run! Running around on our committees. We hurry to our tasks. And we push to make sure you complete all the items on our To Do List by fatigue and stress.
But Christmas is not a sprint to the finish line. It's called a season, because they are not all in one day. The greatest joy is available inTake time for Christmas in a way that makes things better prepare. This is your chance to spend time with those you love, make love in thoughts and purchase and donation, spreading joy and happiness to spend.
Do not get me wrong, I realize this time of year is certainly busy. The question is, is useful or is it just to do a lot? Spend time creating memories and spread joy, or are you a couple of things, because just think that has to do? You're living theMeaning of Christmas or race to the finish line, so that on Christmas Day can lie around, totally exhausted and spent, why are you asking this?
No more holidays are draining. With this simple suggestion, it is possible the way this time of year for ever.
Take your time and breathe deeply. Look at your expectations and your to do list. What do you see? It 'full of things you love, or is satisfied with the commitments. Now, decide andselect the really important things, things that make a difference and not on those. Choose your holiday with activities and people who fill in and help you fill your life to celebrate. Watch what happens as you do this, I'm sure I will be pleasantly surprised.
I wish you joy and holiday season a happy Christmas day.
